Default Rimless wideview progressives transition lenses

I ordered rimless eyeglasses in wide view progressives with transition lenses, but at some point it didn't work. I am unable to use my eyeglasses comfortably. It's like I see a lot of distortion. I tried adjusting the frame but still the same. Can anyone tell me what do I need to do about this? Should I just return this glasses and ask for refund?

First, try wearing your glasses on all the time for a week or so, this is very normal for a new pair of progressive lenses, because of the distortion properties. for most people, they just can't adjust to progressives so they end up using back line bifocals or single visions.
