Can I order reading glasses same with my over the counter reading eyeglasses? I am using +2.50 readers.

Yes, absolutely. You can click on any frame you like and then select the frame color, then choose reading glasses. Enter your prescription as follows:

EYE SPHERE CYLINDER AXIS
OD +2.50 blank blank
OS +2.50 blank blank
then enter your PD.

I am using over the counter reading glasses +1.00, it seems a little weak now, can I order an upgrade to +1.25 or +1.50 is better?

You can try upgrade to +1.25 and see how they work on you. If they don't, then you might as well go for +1.50 readers.
