Default Has anyone had trouble getting used to progressive lenses?

I am a first time wearer of progressive lenses. I always worn Bifocals my entire life. But I want to try progressives with the no line on it so that I may look younger. As I got this new progressive pair, I feel dizzy wearing them on. My question is, is this normal for a first time wearer? Has anyone had trouble getting used to progressive lenses?

Default Has anyone had trouble getting used to progressive lenses?

Ever since i used progressive eyeglasses, and i believed it didn't give me trouble to used that lenses, even before I've already wear this kind of glasses. for you to avoid trouble in wearing them or if you want to be comfortable, just make sure to get a right prescription form your eye doctor,

Default Progressives are very sensitive to the shape

YES, you can get used to them. It takes a day or two. If you are finding it hard to get used to your progressive lenses, they weren't made correctly or the frames may have to be adjusted. Progressives are very sensitive to the shape of the glasses around your face and how far the lens is from the eye,

I went a whole year with glasses I couldn't see out of, and with no peripheral vision in one eye, not only because the lenses were made wrong, but the prescription was wrong also. Another optician had to re-make four pairs of glasses for me before I gave up. I finally went to a local optometrist (instead of a chain store) and paid a little more for glasses that I could actually see out of, and I could see from day one. But it was so frustrating getting there!

Progressives are known for their distortion properties. Most first time wearers often feel sick wearing them on. Your eyes needs to adjust to them and to be able to do that, you need to wear the glasses all the time for a week or so.
