Progressive glasses needs at least 28mm frame height to accommodate enough space for top distance and reading bottom progression.

Default I have learned from cheapglasses123

I have learned from cheapglasses123 that you should get atleast 30mm frame height to accommodate enough space for top distance and reading bottom progression.

In order to make progressive lenses, you need to pick a frame with lens height or frame height of at least 28mm or more to have more space to accommodate top part and bottom part for progression.

Progressive glasses requires at least 28mm in lens height to have enough space to accommodate distance and reading progression. Ideal height for progressives are 30mm-32mm.
