Default Does Segment height affect the area of my progressives reaading zone?

I am ordering for progressives, in my prescription it says I have SEG Height 20. Does Segment height affect the area of my progressives reading zone?

SEG HT = SEGMENT HEIGHT - is the distance from the lowest portion of the eyewear to the top horizontal line of the Segment. You will need to know the Segment Height for the frame you chose. You might need to take the frame to the optician for him to measure the Seg. Height for this particular kind of frame to fit properly.

Segment height has something to do with the positioning of reading zone specially with progressives glasses.

Segment height varies and is depending on the frame lens height. You need to let your glasses be measured by your eye doctor and ask the lens height as well as the segment height of the glasses.
