Default Segment height problem

I ordered progressive glasses and received them 2 days ago. I am comfortable using them. I wear the glasses up on my nose, but it felt the progression is too high up and I am unable to use this glasses. The lens height I got for this frame is 32mm, what should be the ideal segment height?

Segment height differs depending on the lens height of the frame. Your eye doctor determines your segment height by measuring them within the frame you have chosen.

The segment height depends on the particular style and frame lens height. You measure the correct segment height on the particular frame, take the frame to your eye doctor and have him measure the segment height.

Default what is Progressive segment height

Progressive segment height is measured from the bottom of the lens to the center of the pupil.

the reading segment, is placed too low, you will have to bend your neck backwards when reading. The frame should be correctly aligned on your face, especially when multifocals and progressive lenses are prescribed.
