I had these eyeglasses which I got from online. I have them tested by a local eye store. The test results are not exactly the same with my prescription. How will you explain that? Can I complain to the online company and send them back these glasses and tell them these pair is made wrong?

Conducting test on glasses is not 100% exact. There is an international standard limit for measuring powers on your lenses. For example you have prescription on SPHERE -1.00 both eyes, and when the glasses were tested, the result says -1.25. They are still ok and is within the international standard limit that our eyes allows to see in normal vision.
