Default How long will I need to see my eye doctor again?

I understand there is expiration date on my prescription. But is it really necessary to visit my eye doctor after the expiration date? What if I feel like my glasses are straining my eyes after a few months of wearing them? How long will I need to see my eye doctor again?

Default hello there

In my case, the doctor always advise me to visit his clinic every year even if there is no problem so that he can make sure or he can maintain the wellness and so that i may have a healthy bright eyes.

Usually prescription expires within a year, that is why yearly eye check up is recommended.

Normally it takes a year for the prescription to expire, but it is a case to case basis. If you feel something not good about your vision, then go directly to your eye doctor and have your eyes checked.

Mostly Rx expires within one year, you need to visit your eye doctor after a year, your prescription may change slightly.

I have my prescription paper with me, it says this will expire in a year. I have done the eye exam 2011 of March, now I still use my glasses and found nothing changed on my vision. I can still see clear with my glasses on. Do I still need to visit my eye doctor for a new check up today?
