I have a high Rx, I wanted to have thinner lenses. What do you suggest which lens package do I get?

The higher the index, the thinner the lens.
Index -- The higher the index, the thinner the lens. How thin it can be depends on your prescription. Normally 1.74 index lens are about 50% thinner than 1.50 index lens.
How thin should i go -- If you have high RX ( sphere or cyl more than +/- 2.50), pick 1.61 or higher index. If you have super high RX ( sphere or cyl more than +/- 4.00), pick 1.67 or higher index. If your sphere or cyl is more than +/- 6.00, always go for 1.74 index. cheapglasses123.com
