Is it bad if you don't wear your glasses when you're supposed to? I have astigmatism and used to wear glasses...I still should, but I don't because I look horrible with them, and I have really low confidence when I wear them. I tried getting contacts, but couldn't get them in...I was about to try again but one of my contacts dried up since I hadn't tried in a while. Has anyone else had this problem?
Please help! Glasses look good on some people but not me... |

No. It makes no difference how little or how often you wear your eye glasses. Wearing them all the time will not improve your unassisted eyesight, and not wearing them at all will not deteriorate your eyesight. You should wear them when you need them (for instance, driving a car, or maybe certain work or school related activities). This should be your choice.
