Awful feel with progressives

I am wearing these progressive glasses for a week now, but I feel awful and my eye strains with this distortion thing. How do I minimize these?

I already tried those and but I agree that sometimes with my progressive lenses that I have to move my head around a little. I also know ANYTIME my glasses are changed it takes a week or two to get use to them. Good luck .

I also wear progressive glasses, at first i also felt awful, there were times that i decided to return my glasses, but my friend advice me that we need to use it everyday so that our eyes can adjust and we can feel comfortable wearing it.

It is because of the distortion properties with progressives that makes us feel sick wearing them first time. It needs some adjustment to it, like wearing them at all times for a week or so.

[Karissa Eyeglasses]

It is advised for a new pair of glasses to wear them all the time. The eyes needs to adjust to the new lenses.
