Sweating and Fogging

I am wearing prescription glasses all the time, but I have problem with smudging and fogging. Do you have any suggestion on how I can minimize or get rid of this?

Base on experience, I tried glasses with ANTI reflective coating, they say it reduces smudging on glasses too. But if the weather is very cold, smudging cannot be prevented.

Best tip is to keep your glasses wipe up clean with the handy fiber cloth. Doing so every time the glasses are smudging.
