Im planning to get a pair of glasses in your website, and I have my contact lenses prescription. Is that the same for glasses? or do I have to go and have my eye check for glasses prescription?

what if the customer made an order already, and he/she doesn't know that contact lenses and eyeglasses prescription are not the same, can the customer make a changes for the order?

If the status of order are still "PAID" meaning they can still accept any changes for your order, but if the status are already in "LAB" meaning, its on processing already, so you can no longer make any changes for your order, that is why make sure to have a right RX before placing an order,
