I am purchasing an order online, and when i tried to fill in the prescription. My prescription does not have an Add for left, just has the word add in that space, so do i have to put zero? or put the same number?

Default Add

ADD = ADD POWER This represents how much power gets added to the distance Rx, for your reading-only Rx or for the bottom half of your bifocals/progressive lens. and mostly ADD for both eyes are the same,

Default ADD numbers

when you are about to enter the numbers on your prescription, just follow what is written on your RX, if there is no ADD just simply leave it blank, ADD only requires for progressive and bifocals,

if there is no ADD on you prescription, you better ask your eye doctor if you really needed a no line bifocal glasses. mostly add requires for progressive and bifocals only.

If you are buying reading glasses, please indicate in the comment field how much you ADD is. If you are buying bifocal or progressive glasses, then enter this figure into ADD field. If you do not need a read-only glasses or multifocal glasses, you can just ignore this number.
