The price beside the frame is the price for frames only, They have different packages for the lenses, if you chose extra or special lenses, it may cost more, but they also have 1.50 index standard lenses that has no additional cost,

I have a very high prescription, do i have to pay extra cost for high prescription, please let me know,,, i want to buy a new pair of glasses.

yes, if you have a very high Rx, you have to pay extra for that, the cost for high Rx is $19.00. try to check it in cheapglasses123 website for more info.
