I just got a prescription form my eye doctor, and I am about to placed an order online, But I am confused on to chose the right frame size? I don't my my frame measurement. So what should I do so that I can chose the right frame?

Default How to chose the right frame size?

I just got a prescription form my eye doctor, and I am about to place an order online, But I am confused on to chose the right frame size? I don't my my frame measurement. So what should I do so that I can chose the right frame?

Default How to chose the right frame size?

There are three figures listed on the side of the frame,

* the first number is the width of the lenses;
* the second is the bridge distance, or distance between the lenses,
* the third is the full length of the temple/arm (including the part that goes behind your ear)..

hello, i just got a prescription from my eye doctor. Honestly, i don't understand what it says: there are sph -1.50 cyl +1.00 axis 092, sph -1.50 cyl +1.25 axis 090, i dont understand this number, can anyone help me?

it is easy to order online, just pick what frames you like, then chose what type of lens, enter your copy of prescription and then follow everything what id written on it, so that you can avoid mistake on your order,

as i have read your questions regarding on how to order online, all your prescription's are correct, but you missed on thing. the (PD) pupil distance number, which is also important, your order will not got through without a PD, so kindly check your RX and look for your PD

I'm curios what is PD numbers? when i check my prescription. i didn't stated my pd, so how or where to get my pd? is it really important? what was that pd mean? does that mean that i have a bad vision?

Default what is PD?

PD, is the distance between the centers of your pupils in millimeters. it is important because it is one of your measurement needed when you purchase glasses, some optometrist will charge $5 for measuring your PD(recommended). that is why some RX do not have PD numbers,
