What if I do not like the frames? Can I return them for a refund or maybe for an exchange pair? How much will it cost me?

If customer does not like the look of the frame, you can exchange for a different pair of glasses at 50% of the cost. If customer would like to return the glasses for any reason,we would be glad to do so with 50% restocking fee on the frame. Lenses are not refundable.

If you want to return or exchange the glasses, just make sure to contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the glasses, so that you can get a Return/Exchange Authorization Number,

I think when you are going to send back the glasses for return or exchange, you need to ask for an RMA or return authorization Number on the package, make sure to ask the RMA before sending it back.

yes, i already have the Return authorization number, i have also contacted the customer service regarding my concern. but i forgot to ask if they will pay the shipping, if i will send it back, since its not my fault, thank you

Exchange pair is honored at 50% off the cost + shipping. You need an RMA number or the return authorization number and return the glasses back for 50% off on exchange pair.
