How can you tell your frame size?

Do you have tips on how to measure or get the right fitting for your frame? How is the frame size determined?

It is pretty simple if you have an existing eyeglasses, use a regular ruler and take the measurements. The most important figure is the total width of the frame. Get the size and measure it across from edges left to right, this is the total width. If you have it in inches, just convert inches to millimeters. And you are good to go!
