How do you clean your eyeglasses lens?

What is the best way to clean lenses for my eyeglasses? What solution do you use if there is any to take away dirt, oil and smudge?

I usually wipe my lenses with the cleaning cloth that comes with it. However it is greasy and dirty, you can run a warm soapy warm water with it and then air dry your lenses, be careful not to use any other wiping cloth other than the one that comes when you bought it.
