yes, i know how to do that online,.but what im trying to say is that i can't remember my previous frame, can they look it up in my previous account? and reorder the same frame?

it is easy for them to do that, as long as they still have your previous records, they normally keep records within a year, so just call customer service and reorder it manually.

i checked my file before and i just found out the model number of my husbands glasses, i tried to search in the cheapglasses123 website, but it says: "search turn to zero" does that means that it is no longer available?

yes,!!! that means the product is no longer in stock or not available., contact the customer service and ask if when that model number be available, so that you can still order the same frame.

If the frame broke within 14 days upon receipt of the glasses, it is still under warranty and we can replace them at no cost. If they are no longer under warranty, we can send you replacement frames at 10% off + shipping fee.
