I have been taking medication for GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) for seven years and have been a long distance runner for seven years. After about five years of this, I started getting ocular migraines. They finally started occurring several times per week.
I read some information that suggested taking B vitamins, especially B12, might help. I tried that. Within two weeks, the ocular migraines were gone. Could this really be the root of the problem? |

well i cant say thats the root, you really need thorough examination for the doctor to know the root, dont just listen to any advise, your health is very important so dont hesitate to go back to the doctor again and again to make sure where the problem roots.
