Default what would you recommend?

What type of eyeglass lenses would you recommend to correct -8.5 defect in the most aesthetically pleasing way, and would I have to sell my house to buy them?

At cheapglasses123.com, high index thinner lenses are recommended for high prescriptions. You don't have to spend too much. It is at a very reasonable price.
