How do you get rid of under eye swelling?

For a quick fix, place two spoons in the freezer for 20 minutes, then hold them under your eyes. The cold will temporarily cause the blood vessels under your eyes to constrict and thus reduce the swelling. For an everyday solution, buy an eye cream that contains caffeine. Not only is using an eye cream one of the best things you can do to fight off wrinkles, but the caffeine in the cream will help to decrease the swelling. Apply morning and night.
