Default feeling when you have vertigo

Vertigo is the feeling that you or your environment is moving or spinning. It differs from dizziness in that vertigo describes an illusion of movement. When you feel as if you yourself are moving, it's called subjective vertigo, and the perception that your surroundings are moving is called objective vertigo.

Unlike nonspecific lightheadedness or dizziness, vertigo has relatively few causes.

Default disturbance in balance (equilibrium)

Vertigo, or dizziness, is a symptom, not a disease.
The term vertigo refers to the sensation of spinning or whirling that occurs as a result of a disturbance in balance (equilibrium).
It also may be used to describe feelings of dizziness, lightheadedness, faintness, and unsteadiness.
The sensation of movement is called subjective vertigo and the perception of movement in surrounding objects is called objective vertigo.
