I just placed an order online, I ordered polycarbonate and extra strength prescription, and i want to know how long does it take? I want to receive it as soon as possible, do you think it might take longer? Since i ordered an extra strength prescription?

Yes, polycarbonate would take less than 3 weeks to process, but that is including the shipping already. normally special lenses like polycarbonate takes 10 days to process and 2-5 days for the shipping,
