please tell me

Can you please tell me what package I must choose to get the lenses that turn really dark.
Do you make bifocal lenses where the reading part takes up half of the lens,
so that the top half is for distance and the bottom half is for reading,
instead of only a small section for close up at the bottom. If you do is
there an extra charge.
